As far as I can tell, there are alot of hydro-haters out there on the web. Most of them are probably selling a hydroxycut competitor. Some people legitametly do not receive the stated effects that hydroxycut promotes. This happens with almost every supplement.

My experience with Hydroxycut

Hydroxycut definetly controls my appetite. I take it twice daily for mostly appetite and hunger control. Alot of my weight loss I attribute to hydroxycut and routine exercise. My regime was two days a week for 1.5 hours each day.

Go to an all you can eat resturant. I did. My fat ass relatives ate their faces off. Me, a usual over-eater, was a bit nervous. But I did ok. I did not binge, and I thank hydroxycut for that.

So I had Planters Heart Healthy Mix today and Hydroxycut. I know its helping me control my appetite. While my co-workers ate their fast food lunches, I had a healthy snack and my Hydroxycut. I finally talked one of my co-workers into taking Hydroxycut and she is going to be blogging her results as well.

I need to re-order more pills. I dropped a bunch on the floor and I am not the type to eat off the floor, ya know.

2008 Diet Progress update with Hydroxycut

So its August 19,2008 and I havent blogged about my hydroxycut diet in a while. So far, my weight loss has been great. I yo yo between 3 - 5 lbs but its probably water. I drink alot of coffee and I know that its not good for hydration. Hydroxycut is mostly a daily routine for me now. It helps with my appetitet and I am currently taking 1 - 2 pills per day.

As far as energy, It is great boost. I feel much lighter on my feet. The weight loss is definelty a component of that feeling but I am happy with my results either way.

Hump-day. Hydroxycut & me will be working to hit 5pm so I can clock out and go home. The hydroxycut so far has been a real aid in day to day energy levels, consistent weight loss, and increased motivation to work out more. I am changing my diet come Friday to include more fresh foods and more organic foods. I am hoping that the weight loss will continue to be consistent so that I can enjoy the summer and cheat a little here and there. I was looking at Hydroxycut Hardcore and figure that I can always switch to that if I need to kick my diet up a notch.

This week was tough. Between mother's day and other "social events" there were lots and lots for opportunities to over-eat. The hydroxycut was being taken at the maximum level. My weight loss has been about 3 pounds this week. Thats with a little over-eating. I am happy with my results thus far and I think Hydroxycut plus exercise is a good combination to lose some unwanted pounds. My friend, who is also on Hydroxycut but is taking the Hardcore version, had higher inital weight loss but is losing about the same as time goes on.

So its been rough these last couple of days. Still losing weight but i think i need to exercise more often in order to keep my metabolism up. Weight loss since last post is 3 pounds. I was hoping for more. Will see soon if I reach my target of 40 pounds.

Hydroxycut and my diet have been working well. This is a day 6 post and I am a bit tired right now. The energy levels during the great are great. I feel like hydroxycut is realling helping me stay alert as well as lose some pounds. YEA YEA love this stuff. Lost another 1/2 pound today. Ok. So Day one. I bought a 120 count of Hydroxycut from a website. WWW.SetHealth.com. I got the item no problem and will be updating this blog with my results. I am a man, aged 30. My current weight is 235lbs and my height is 6'1. My day job rquires NO streneous excercise, I push pencils. lol.

So far the stuff is pretty cool. Got the package of Hydroxycut 120 count from sethealth.com. I will be getting some more items from them and will update you guys on my progress and results thus far. My appetite seems better today that previous days without Hydroxycut. But its the long term that I want to focus on. I do not intend on exercising and that will be my constant throughout this blog.
